Island Pointe Owners Association is made up of the 57, proud and involved owners of cabins, stand alone homes and condominium units.  The 10 acre site is blessed with an abundance of pine trees with many well over 100 years old.  Located on Lake Delton, there is over 600 feet shore line with boat docks and 2 sandy beaches.  The association has a club house with a modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.   There is also a large, heated, outdoor swimming pool and a large play area for young children. The Association is managed by an elected board of directors and is supplemented with committees to plan and implement Association events and assist, periodically, the maintenance and beautification activities.  The association employs a property manager to perform some maintenance duties and supervise those that are out-sourced.
